    吡喃类化合物多用于【5+2】环加成反应,本文却另辟蹊,用吡喃类化合物进行2次克莱森重排和1,6 Michael加成得到多取代的水杨醛,并对此方法进行优化和筛选,用于构建半棉酚和棉酚类化合物。它具有高原子经济性(100%)和易于放大(高达18克的数量)的优点,具有很大的合成多酚天然产物的潜力。
