天然产物长春花属生物碱中具有生物活性的灯台碱无论是在化学合成还是药物化学研究中都备受瞩目,而Vincorine作为灯台碱的母体化合物,具有包含氮杂七元环和四氢吡咯并吲哚啉的四环骨架,在合成上极具挑战性。本文仅用九步就完成了Vincorine的合成路线,创造性地使用了有机催化的D-A胺环化串联反应以及酰基碲化物前体引发的7-exo-dig自由基环化反应,它的合成策略对天然和非天然Vincorine类似物的制备都有重要参考价值。
