Ryandine及其水解产物Ryanodol对细胞内控制钙离子释放的受体RyRs有很高的亲和性,且与许多神经退化疾病,如阿尔兹海默症息息相关。分子中有多个碳原子处于饱和状态且大多都与氧相连,氧化态很高。作者以极其敏锐的眼光选取断键位置,以PK 反应构建关键碳环并且用Riley氧化引入三个羟基,用15步合成了Ryanodol,相较之前较大的缩短了合成步骤,提高了合成总收率。
