Darwinolide是最近从南极海绵树突藻中发现的一种海洋天然产物,已经证明它对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的菌膜具有很好的抑制作用。它具有四环重排海绵烷二萜结构,将三甲基环己基亚基与稠合的四氢呋喃和环庚烯单元连接在一起。本文完成了(+)-Darwinolide的首次全合成,其中汇聚式的Aldol缩合、Ireland – Claisen重排和有机催化的去不对称化是一大亮点。研究结果为新型抗菌膜特异性抗生素的开发作出了贡献。
